Returns

Luxe Label is committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases. We offer the following Return Policy on unworn, unaltered, and free of damage clothing and shoes in original packaging with tags attached.

• Full price clothing items received at Luxe Label within 10 days of order delivery date will receive a full refund to their original payment method, less shipping costs.
• Sale or discounted clothing received within 10 days of customer receipt can be returned for store credit, less shipping costs.
• Due to the deep discounts in our Final Sale section, Luxe Label will not be able to offer any returns or exchanges on these items. Jewelry, accessories, shoes, and handbags cannot be returned at this time.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping arrangement and costs.
• Once Luxe Label receives the returned clothing, allow 1-3 days for refund processing. We recommend recording your return tracking number until you receive your refund.
